18:24 – West River Road: Report of a subject walking in the road. Female located and given a courtesy ride home.
23:00 – 3600 block of Liberty Ave: Report of an intoxicated patron who refused to leave. Subject was located and given a ride home.

13:15 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under suspension.

01:02 – 1300 block of Claus Road: Possible OD reported. Subject treated with NARCAN and transported to Mercy for further treatment.

17:22 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.

22:48 – 300 block of Delamere Road: Domestic violence complaint, parties separated for the night.

January 7, 2018
02:42 – Adams Street: Report of a suspicious person in the area. A male was located and found to have an active arrest warrant and was transported to Jail.
11:18 – Portage Drive: A week long saga of Buddy the missing dog came to an end when Rick Broz from Lorain Animal Control was finally able to catch him. Buddy was then transported to the Erie County Warden.
20:23 – 800 block of Douglas Street: Units dispatched for a medical emergency. A female was treated and transported to Mercy for further care. A male was found to have an active arrest warrant and transported to jail.

January 8, 2018
15:05 – SR2: Unit attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding which fled from the area. A brief chase ensued which the officer terminated for safety reasons once it entered a housing area in Lorain.

January 9, 2018
16:19 – SR2: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under the influence and arrested for OVI.

19:56 – 100 block of Aldrich Road: Domestic violence.
20:53 – 3500 block of Cooper Foster: Domestic violence.
20:56 – 800 block of Breezewood Lane: Theft complaint filed.

22:14 – Liberty Ave: Caller reporting a road rage incident in which the other vehicle pointed a firearm. The area was checked but the suspect was not located.
