15:16 – 600 block of South Shore Court: Report of a burglary in progress. Suspect fled from the area and was captured after a brief foot chase. The caller advised that she knew the subject and declined to press charges. He was found to have an active felony warrant from the Lorain County Sheriff’s Department and taken to LCJ.

9:54 – Erie County Jail: Advised a subject was just booked with an active warrant from our Court. Subject was served.
20:29 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to have a passenger with an active warrant for his arrest from the Lorain County Sheriff’s Department. He was transported to LCJ.

8:47 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under suspension.
1241 – 4800 block of Liberty Ave: Domestic violence complaint filed.
December 30, 2017
17:47 – 3800 block of Edgewater Drive: Suspicious person seen in the caller’s backyard. No one was located.
19:55 – 600 block of South Shore Court: Caller reporting two dogs running in the area.
23:14 – Liberty Ave: Caller reporting he struck a deer on Liberty Ave. Area was checked but the deer was not located.
23:38 – Liberty Ave: OSP called and advised they received a call of a subject walking west of town. Subject was located and taken to a motel due to the weather.
December 31st, 2017
11:08 – 600 block of Ferndale Ave: Domestic violence complaint filed.
15:33 – 200 block of Altamont Road: Report of a possible overdose. NARCAN was administered with no effect. Subject was transported to Mercy for treatment.
22:35 – 200 block of Elberta Road: Domestic violence complaint filed. A male suspect was charged with Domestic Violence and transported to Lorain County Jail pending arraignment.
