00:09 – 3500 block of Cooper Foster: Domestic violence complaint filed with a female suspect arrested and transported to the station.
10:35 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under suspension and arrested.
16:22 – SR2: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under suspension and arrested.
17:19 – 450 block of Salem Drive: Caller reported a strong odor of marijuana in the halls of an apartment complex. Units arrived and located the source and met with the resident who admitted to the violation and was cited.
17:50 – 2500 block of Vermilion Road: Domestic violence complaint filed. Parties were separated for the evening when the disturbance was determined to be verbal.

11:19 – 200 block of Berkshire Road: Officers were requested over a property line dispute.
14:13 – 5300 block of Sailorway Drive: Juvenile assault complaint filed.

15:09 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
15:29 – 100 block of Edison Street: Fraud complaint filed over credit card misuse.

10:26 – 2100 block of Sunnyside Road: Animal complaint filed.
12:20 – 1100 block of Jackson Street: Disturbance complaint over two parties arguing. Both were separated and spoken to.
13:06 – Minnie WaWa: Complaint of a delivery truck causing property damage.
23:15 – 2400 block of Vermilion Road: Report of a vehicle that had driven over a cliff. Fire and police arrived to rescue two subjects. The driver was transported to Mercy for treatment and later arrested for OVI.

10:34 – 3200 block of Lorain Drive: Complaint of a cement truck tearing down a cable and causing damage to the caller’s vehicle.
21:20 – 900 block of State Street: Caller advised an unknown vehicle backed into their car while it was parked.
23:53 – 4800 block of Liberty Ave: Caller reporting an intoxicated male making sexual remarks while in a store. The suspect was located a short distance away and arrested for Disorderly Conduct after he spit on an Officer.
October 21, 2017
07:43 – 500 block of South Shore Court: Caller advised their car tires were slashed sometime during the night.
15:34 – Main Street: Caller reporting they were bite by a dog.
23:26 – 600 block of South Shore Court: Caller advised they were upstairs when they heard loud banging on their door which broke the door glass. No suspects at this time.
October 22, 2017
02:20 – South Street: Report of subjects egging houses in the area. The suspects were located on West River Road and two juveniles were arrested for criminal damaging.
16:28 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
23:37 – Lorain Police requested assistance in serving an outstanding arrest warrant. The subject was located and turned over to them for service.
