14:39 – 300 block of Delamere Road: Property damage complaint filed over a fence damage.
15:21 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
23:55 – Portage Drive: Driver of a motor vehicle was stopped for a marked lanes violation was found to be under the influence and arrested for OVI.
August 15, 2017
13:28 – Liberty Ave: Units responded to Liberty Ave. for a motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Upon further investigation, a driver was arrested for OVI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
20:39 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to have a passenger overdosing from suspected heroin. EMS was called and transported the subject for treatment.
21:47 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was found to be under the influence and arrested for OVI.

00:55 – Douglas Street: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
02:37 – Erie Road: Report of suspicious persons in the area. The vehicle was located later on West River and the occupants identified.
07:55 – 1200 block of Sanford Street: Report of a possible protection order violation.
09:33 – 2100 block of Vermilion Road: Trash cans struck by a car.

17:25 – 400 block of Ewa Yea: Domestic violence complaint filed.
17:34 – Sailorway Drive: Multiple parking citations issued.
22:21 – 5200 block of South Street: Burglary complaint filed.

06:49 – 3400 block of Liberty Ave: Unwanted intoxicated house guest refusing to leave. Subject left prior to officer’s arrival.
07:39 – 4200 block of Edgewater Drive: Property Damage complaint filed.
08:37 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
14:37 – 4200 block of Liberty Ave: Vandalism complaint filed.
14:44 – 5000 block of Liberty Ave: Property damage complaint filed.
15:39 – Berkley Road: Found bike recovered and placed in safekeeping.
16:47 – 5700 block of South Street: Report of a suspicious male walking around houses. The subject was located and found to have several arrest warrants and a small quantity of methamphetamine on his person. He was arrested and transported to Erie County Jail.
23:51 – 4600 block of Mapleview Drive: Domestic Violence complaint filed with one suspect arrested and transported to the station.

09:58 – 200 block of Berkshire Road: Theft complaint filed.
10:24 – 700 block of Jefferson Street: Report of a person camping in the back yard of a vacant property. The owner was contacted and advised no one should be there. A suspect was located and arrested for trespassing and possession of drugs and transported to Erie County Jail.
19:31 – 700 block of Howard Drive: Report of tires slashed.

00:17 – 900 block of Jackson Street: Domestic violence complaint filed with one suspect arrested.
02:17 – Liberty Ave: Driver stopped for a moving violation was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
05:03 – 600 block of South Shore Court: Domestic violence complaint filed with one suspect arrested.
19:47 – Liberty Ave: Report of a reckless operator on a motorcycle. Driver was located at Wendy’s and arrested for OVI after it was determined he was under the influence.
