06:22 – 400 block of Main Street: While on foot patrol at Main Street Beach, an officer located a passed out subject with a needle and suspected heroin. The subject was transported to Mercy for treatment and cited for possession of drugs.
09:46 – Dogwood Lane: Parking complaints for two vehicles.
16:33 – 400 block of Harcourt Road: Mailbox struck by a neighbor.
19:23 – 4900 block of Oakview Drive: Caller reporting a dog bite.

09:34 – SR2: Driver stopped for a speeding violation was later charged with driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and possession of drug abuse instruments after suspected heroin paraphernalia was located.
15:07 – 5500 block of South Street: Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint filed. The suspect was located and the car was returned.
16:27 – SR60: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
19:35 – 4200 block of Liberty Ave: Suspect caught by store employees attempting to shoplift. Store declined charges but wanted the male advised not to return.

09:23 – North Ridge Road: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
12:22 – Liberty Ave: Driver who was stopped for a moving violation was found to be under suspension. The driver was cited and the vehicle towed.
15:46 – 1100 block of West River Road: Complaint of inoperable vehicles on the property. Owner was advised to correct the issue or be cited.
23:50 – South Street: A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation and a passenger was cited for possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.

09:41 – 455 block of Nantucket Place: Harassment complaint filed.
11:28 – 800 block of West River Road: Theft complaint filed.
12:24 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
12:42 – Sweetbriar Drive: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
14:53 – 600 block of Decatur Street: Subject arrived at court for a hearing while intoxicated. He was cited for Disorderly Conduct and transported to Erie County Jail pending his next hearing.
20:08 – 200 block of Woodridge Road: Assault complaint filed.

08:14 – 4900 block of Hollyview Drive: Complaint of a protection order violation.
08:48 – Tiki Beach: While on patrol, a subject was located passed out due to a heroin overdose. Subject was transported to Mercy. Charges are pending.
12:19 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.
21:13 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident with no injuries.

07:21 – 1000 block of Adams Street: A male was located passed out in a car in a driveway. He was later charged with underage consumption.
17:04 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident reported as a hit/skip.
17:17 – Liberty Ave: Possible protection order violation filed.
20:02 – 500 block of Main Street: Vandalism complaint filed.
23:22 – Main Street: Several vendors at the Fish Festival reported receiving counterfeit bills. The bills were collected and turned over to the Secret Service for follow up.
