21:55 – Overlook Road: Report of a dog-at-large. The owner was located and warned.
22:00 – 500 block of Highbridge Road: Caller advised a door was open at a neighbor’s house. The house was checked and secured.

02:12 – Nantucket Place: Driver stopped for a violation and later determined to be under the influence. He was arrested for OVI and transported to the station.
07:09 – Subject arrived on station to report a possible civil protection order violation. The complaint was unfounded but a report was made in the event of future issues.
10:39 – Subject arrived on station to report a possible temporary protection order violation. The order was issued in Michigan and the suspect denied having been served with the order. The complaint was sent to the issuing court as the suspect was in Michigan.
12:53 – 1000 block of Memory Lane: Domestic violence complaint filed against a male suspect who was later arrested and transported to Erie County Jail pending arraignment.
15:41 – 5300 block of Sailorway Drive: Assault complaint filed.
23:04 – 200 block of Devonshire Road: Caller advised he witnessed a female throwing her dog into the lake and had video of the incident from earlier in the day. The suspect was identified and stated she was trying to get the dog over its fear of the water. The video and statements were reviewed by a veterinarian, the dog warden and the case was sent to the Prosecutor for review.

06:40 – 300 block of Altamont Road: Report of a vehicle entry.
07:28 – 200 block of Kensington Road: Report of a vehicle entry.
08:11 – 4300 block of Tomahawk Lane: Report of a vehicle entry.
09:59 – 300 block of Berkshire Road: Report of a vehicle entry.
11:10 – 200 block of Berkshire Road: Report of a vehicle entry.
15:07 – 300 block of Delamere Road: Assisted Adult Parole with a search for a wanted subject. The subject was not located but several items from the earlier reported car entries were located as well as an unrelated male subject with outstanding arrest warrants was found hiding. Items were returned to the owners and the investigation is pending.
16:09 – 200 block of Howard Drive: Dog at large complaint. The dog was located and the owner was cited.
17:44 – 900 block of Douglas Street: Report of a possible overdose. Subject was transported to Mercy for treatment.
21:47 – 2700 block of Shadylake Drive: Telecommunications harassment complaint filed.
23:51 – 200 block of Mornington Road: Report of vehicle entry from the previous day.

00:02 – West Lake PD called and advised they had a subject in custody with our warrant. The suspect was picked up and processed.
15:57 – Sandusky Street: Motor vehicle accident with no injury.
17:28 – 5000 block of Langfitt Street: Report of a dog at large which caused the caller to fall and injure herself. The suspect advised the dog never left the yard and the caller’s inability to control her dogs was the reason she fell.
19:40 – 300 block of Harcourt Road: Animal complaint.
21:52 – SR2: Car v. Deer accident.

12:13 – 4600 block of Timberview Drive: Report of a stolen car which was later located in the township and returned to the owner. The owner declined to press charges.
22:43 – 600 block of South Shore Court: Subject was picked up on an outstanding arrest warrant for Lorain County Sheriff’s Department.

02:47 – 3500 block of Cooper Foster: Domestic violence complaint filed.
12:09 – 400 block of Main Street: Reported vandalism to the sandstone handrails at the old Nautical Museum.
13:27 – 3900 block of Hilltop Drive: Menacing complaint filed.
16:47 – 5300 block of Liberty Ave: Fraud complaint over subjects making fake pizza orders.
16:54 – 2800 block of Shady Lake: Vehicle entry report.
17:22 – 300 block of Woodridge: Report of a disturbance. Parties were located and separated.
23:20 – Liberty Ave: ECSO requesting our K9 unit for an assist during a traffic stop.
